The Tutbury room is on the ground floor. It is, in fact,
three rooms. The main bedroom is accessed
from the ground floor hall. From the main bedroom there is a door to (what the
estate agents when we bought the house called) the Garden Room. The third room
is the en-suite, with toilet, basin and walk in shower compartment.
The main bedroom is a twin, with two divan beds. They are separated
by a bedside cabinet, but the beds could be placed alongside each other if
required (with access from
either side) – just ask.
There is a single bed in the Garden Room, but an extra bed
can be provided here if requested.
This arrangement of the accommodation means that an extra
degree of privacy is attained between those in the main bedroom and those in
the Garden Room. This makes it suitable for, say, a couple with children or a
relative. (Recent guests chose to have mother and daughter sleeping in the main
bedroom, while the snoring father was banished to the Garden Room.)

Garden Room. There are curtains over the windows between the two rooms.
