Our B&B is ideal for business people and others working in the Burton-on-Trent area, which includes Foston, Dove Valley Park, and Burnaston and extends out to Uttoxeter and Derby. Compared with the “lodges” and many hotels we offer all that is required, at significantly lower cost for bed and breakfast combined. Guests have found that our facilities and services exceed expectations when they are working away from home.

We can be very flexible over what is offered. The extremes are:

• Three rooms suitable for single occupancy.
• Three rooms suitable for 6 people sharing. (i.e. two in the twin room, three in single beds in the family room, one in the double room).
• In addition extra beds can be added to make the total up to 8.

Of particular interest to business and working people are:

• 4 star quality (accredited by “Quality in Tourism”)
• Acceptance of major credit and debit cards
• Ample parking
• Wide choice of breakfasts
• Freeview television in all rooms
• Hot drinks (and a chiller for cold drinks) in all rooms
• The use of our dining room (which is equipped with a Freeview television) for eating food brought in (or delivered) in the evening. (When a group of people are occupying more than one room, the dining room can be used as a communal area in the evening.)

A restaurant is available 3 minutes walk from our premises, there is a fish and chip shop within the village of Hatton and there are at least five food providers that provide a delivery service.
